Centenary CWA mural

As the local Rotary president, I was today invited to the unveiling of the Country Women’s Association’s centenary mural (and of course, the morning tea to follow). It was attended by about 35 people including 2 men but Frank (pictured in the front) left after the ceremony and left me to face the gathering for the tea and scones alone!
We were addressed by both our local members of parliament, Susan Templeman (Federal) in the red and Trish Doyle (State). They are both high profile, hard working politicians and ladies I’ve known for a long time even before their political careers.
Needless to say, the CWA morning tea was sensational in both quality and quantity!
