A Beer In The Park

Another weekend, another lovely festival at one of the downtown parks. This time a Thai Festival. Love Thai food, so it was a perfect day for me, beautiful weather with good food and running into lots of friends. I didn't really plan to meet people there, but every walk around the park I bumped into at least one person I knew.

That's one thing I really do love about Nagoya. It's a decent sized city, but it's not too uncommon to just run into a friend. A lot of people ask why I've never considered moving to Tokyo or Osaka, the big cities, and the ease at which you can create a community here has to be the main one for me.
