When we did eventually awake for the second time this morning, so began a well earnt relaxing day after a tiring week's work. Talking of holidays too, I should also announce that we have booked our very own summer holiday! After much hunting, we shall be traveling to the Greek island of Kos, to soak up the sun & chill in another time zone for a week - I can't believe we booked something & we'll be there in under a month's time. If anyone has any tips for a great time in Kos, please let me know!

Mr Bumble was out this afternoon, basking in the sun on one of our lavender plants. He was getting into the vacation mood, & all he needed was some shades & he would have been set.

With the holidays imminent, I'm thinking now might be the right time for Monkey to put in his request for some knitted shorts from Jenny!? And as good as she is, I don't think she'll manage to make them waterproof.. he'll just have to go without when he goes out on the banana boat.
