Tilly

Tilly regularly comes to the Saturday swims. This week we were in the Port, and it was another out and back to the buoy. It's quite a nice wee work out. And as it was so calm, it was a glorious experience. An extra capturing the calmness.

After that, I headed to the café with the others, minus Mr A whose leg injury kept him in Tain, where he was gee-ing himself up to walk down to Platform 1864 for a late lunch. In fact, it was an excellent lunch. The place seems back on form having had a bit of a dip - in my view - at the end of last year.

We set off back to Edinburgh just before 5pm and enjoyed a very easy run, and we were back in the flat, with all the stuff, and the van parked up on the street, before 8.30pm.
