Dyma fy lle arferol i ymweld tra siopa yn y pentref - mynwent Eglwys y Santes Fair. Mae ganddyn nhw glychau'r gog - mewn pinc a gwyn hefyd.

Pan roeddwn i yn y pentref rhoddais i gopi llyfr Nor'dzin ‘Relaxing into Meditation’* i Alwen yn ‘Iechyd Da’. Mae hi'n mynd i'w darllen ac efallai ei arddangos yn y siop hefyd. Roedd hwyl i drio esbonio'r llyfr yn Gymraeg - gyda thipyn bach o Saesneg o dro i dro. Mae'n llyfr i helpu pobl o ddechrau ymlacio ac, yn y pen draw, dechrau myfyrdod hefyd. Yn gobeithio bydd rhywbeth da yn digwydd fe canlyniad.

This is my usual place to visit while shopping in the village - the churchyard of Saint Mary's Church. They have bluebells - in pink and white too.

When I was in the village I gave a copy of Nor'dzin's book 'Relaxing into Meditation'* to Alwen in 'Iechyd Da'. She is going to read it and maybe display it in the shop too. It was fun to try to explain the book in Welsh - with a little bit of English from time to time. It is a book to help people begin to relax and, ultimately, begin meditation as well. Hoping something good will happen as a result.
