Puddles

We met friends in at the Beach thismorning for a breakfast fry up by the beach. The kidz of course came with us and despite the early start had a great time playing in all the pools along the beach and after breakfast got shoes and trousers totallywet - just as well the shoes were rock hoppers and dried easily. This is Z checking out his shadow. While walking along the beach I also spotted some new visitors amongst the usual resident gulls. They were mixing in quite well in different groups of gulls. I think they maybe be Lesser Crested Terns and if so they are at the southern end of their distribution area - maybe why I haven't noticed them before. If anyone can confirm what they are please feel free.UFO - Maybe Lesser Crested Terns?
