Raindrops on Clivia

We woke up to find it had rained in the night - what a sweet sound it is to hear water dripping into the water tanks!
Church this morning, followed by breakfast at a restaurant, and this afternoon we went to a concert by the wind section of the University orchestra. Very loud at times, but an enjoyable afternoon, and it was so good to see many young members playing. The auditorium was packed - parents, grandparents, families supporting the players. So good to see.
I'm looking forward to a late sleep on the public holiday tomorrow. Maybe we'll wake up to more rain.
