Today’s walk

We joined our walking group today for a lovely walk on the Blackdown hills. We had a little rain and misty views but it was nice to be walking somewhere different. We woke up to overnight rain and we had some more late afternoon. We were pretty certain the great tits had fledged but we saw the parents in and out of the bird box this evening. We think the blue tits may have lost their young as their first day of feeding was last Thursday when it rained most of the day.
