Exmouth

A double exposure to finish the holiday too… our first holiday with just the four of us!

Wandered round the town this morning. Then up to Orcombe Point to have a peek in at the site where we used to have camp. The Bristol School’s campsite - left by a man in his will to be used for youth - but is now suspiciously “closed temporarily” - has been for quite a few years now - we think probably till they can say it’s not been feasible to operate in the way the guy wanted it to for so long that they get rid of the conditions and can sell it to developers for lots and lots… sad.

Then this evening went for our anniversary meal to Rockfish - much enjoyed by all. The highlight for me being the first time I’ve tried scallops - delicious!

The kids said, when asked for a highlight , that the whole thing had been great! Even though (as proved on the way home) mummy takes photos at every opportunity!
