Red Pepper

Day 4 of my self-imposed Red challenge. Again I was attracted by the shininess and smoothness of this pepper and the way it reflects the light. I'm not actually very fond of peppers, so I will disguise this one by chopping it very finely and adding it to some coleslaw. Some of it might even end up in a chicken casserole I'm making tomorrow.
