Cheeseaholic

I confess that I love cheese. Except for the really rank smelling I eat it all. I was near Trader Joes today so I decided to pick up a bottle of teriyaki marinade that is their brand and a loaf of their seeded bread. Of course I had to walk right past the cheese.

This is a new to me flavor, extra sharp cheddar with a little Parmesan. It won’t last long. Thinking about some melted in an Alfredo sauce.


Had to text Chef Brett about this find and he texted back “ TJ cheese is additive. You might need intervention.”


Apparently he already knows about it.
