Bottling wine!
Sweet Cicely and Medlar wine. I make medlar each year; it's amazingly quick to ferment and reliably lovely, like a dry sherry. The sweet cicely is an experiment, two batches, one from the leaves, the other from seeds, and then mixed once brewed because one was over-sweet and the other over-dry. It's quite aromatic.
