Vitamin C packaged.....

A few days after I left the big meeting at High Leigh in Hertfordshire week before last I heard that several had been struck down with a nasty cold virus.

I was not!

But last week I went to a meeting and sat beside Fiona - who had indeed been a victim!

Determined to get it, wasn't I? This is not nice! Later I shall squeeze lots of lemons into hot water.......
