I cut the front lawn this morning (with the mower set on high this time) and did a bit of weeding and sweeping.

Another parcel was due. I assumed that because yesterday’s delivery came at 1.30 and it was the same company today that it would arrive about the same time. Mid afternoon I checked the tracking. Delivery between 6 and 8 pm. I cut the back lawn and made my tea. Then I waited until there was a knock on the door at 7.30. As soon as I’d checked the contents I drove along to Waterhead.

There’s a large yellow buoy and a flag at the end of the Wateredge Hotel jetty and all the rowing boats have numbers on. My first thought was that they are for a long distance swim but I’m probably wrong.
