So, so sad

An awful project has been approved to build a new, unneeded and unwanted telecabine from the valley floor up to our town. Sadly, all objections have been ridiculed or ignored, and work has started today. A five metre swathe is being cut through our beautiful forest. Goodbye to peace and quiet for so many local people.
