A day of exercise

Met my friend Shona and her two dogs for a walk this morning. Lovely sunny weather, beautiful scenery, and no one else around. Perfect. This afternoon, M Baguette and I joined members of our local bike association for a big and tricky (but great) ebike ride. I didn’t join the others as they rode up five flights of stairs (here’s M Baguette making it look easy!). Thought I’d take some photos instead.
