Cervejinha

(Small) beer.

Why break the habit of a Friday afternoon? I have to remind myself that in the Mozambique office it’s official policy to finish work at lunchtime on a Friday. Once I did that, it was fun to join colleagues at the same beach restaurant as last week.

One colleague asked for moelas (gizzards) which the restaurant was fresh out of. We settled instead for cervejinhas, prego no pão (steak sandwiches) and rip-roaring times.
