Penmachno
After a delightfully lazy morning and catch up with Meg, I set off on another cycle - although this time, went with the map that my brother had got me for my birthday.
Sunny bank holiday weekends in Snowdonia can be hectic if you go to the honeypots, so I stayed on the back roads - riding from Capel Garmon to Penmacno, then over the woods to the valley where I swam on my brithday, before heading back to Betws via an old roman road. Amazing cycle - 20 miles and 840m of climbing, but so so tiring on the bike I'm using. Need one that works, ASAP!!
Fire in the evening with Becky and her friends. Lovely end to my bank holiday - working again tomorrow.
