It’s His 4th Birthday Today

I had Michelle to help me with Jack today, we worked him in hand over raised poles. We are still working on building up his muscles so this kind of exercise will help.

He got a bit of fuss when we had finished, not only because he did so well but because it’s his 4th birthday today!
