We had a street party!

But it wasn’t in a street, it was at a bar in St Jean d’Angely, organised by the RAFA, and it didn’t involve quiche, sandwiches or sausage rolls! We dined on freshly cooked fish & chips, and very nice they were too. 
For dessert there was galette (like a huge dry cake)a speciality from Beurlay.  We played games, and there was a decorate your crown competition (I’m still wearing mine, third from right) as well as a raffle, and luckily it was warm and sunny with only a few raindrops right at the end.
