Concept? - Excellent, 10/10

Summation?  4-5/10 = dead ropey!

With advancing years the amount of space left at top of a cuppa needs perforce to be greater than I'd like.  An advert for these floated past and, since they weren't an arm and a leg, I thought "Why not?"

It may, of course, be a different manufacturer. 
BUT - NO prize is offered for completing this phrase:-
