Beech hedge

It was a bit quiet today! Imogen has gone home and Rob did a marine survey so very tired.
Misty and I pottered about and I noticed the beech hedge has just opened it’s buds. It’s delightful when freshly out, such a delicate pale green which my photo doesn’t capture. I love the soft drooping leaves.
