Women Drinking Beer

Made the most of an unexpected day in Glasgow with my pal. Firstly off to the Burrell Collection and a wander round the many and varied treasures. Mr Burrell was a right old gatherer of old things - including a piece of a bed belonging to Henry V, many pots and vases, bits of suits of armour, stonework, tapestries and paintings galore. I particularly liked this one by Manet of the gals having a bevvy.
In the evening we had a curry - then off to the theatre to see Fisherman’s Friends, the musical. A very jolly production - nicely uplifting. Thank you Glasgow.
