Bluebells

Some bluebells as it's Flower Friday, and also wild flower week. I decided to go in for an isolation shot, rather than the usual blue carpet approach.

In today's extra we have the unveiling of an old phone kiosk which has recently appeared in town. I was passing by and saw a group of people about to remove the ceremonial ribbon around it. It's not often, if at all, a  phone kiosk appears these days, so I was naturally curious.
It turned out to be an old kiosk that was recently removed from a site about 100 yards away. It has been purchased and refurbished by the Stray Defence Association to be used as an information point to make people aware of the history of the Stray. The lady in green is the locally infamous Judy D'Arcy Thomson who is their chairperson.
