Threipmuir Reservoir

Not been up here for a swim in ages but with a few of my swim buddies heading up there and knowing that at least one of them would be up for a decent swim, I packed up my kit and headed up there.

It was overcast and with the fog not too far away, memories from last Saturday came back to me (and gave me a wee smile as I remembered).

With the configuration of the reservoir, the swim would be parallel to our starting point so all was good and with a 1km plus swim accomplished, a blether thrown in for good measure, it was a tremendous morning.

Hopefully I'll be back in the not too distant future.
