No outing

Nice walk to collect paper and croissant for breakfast and then a read in a nice hot bath. Last of my really lovely bath product I got for Christmas. We planned to go for a drive out in the TVR and have lunch somewhere but the passenger door would not open. Old cars seem to be such a pain and his has a number of issues that the guy who has looked after it for years doesn’t seem to be able to fix, he is looking to take it to a new place.
Camper packed and ready to head south for a few days, that’s if we can get off the drive as someone parked a large vehicle opposite us last week and it hasn’t moved. We have no idea who it belongs to, it arrived on a flat back and was parked up and left. The street is narrow and both next door and opposite park in positions that allow us to get out easily, tomorrow will be difficult but I won’t be driving.
Lovely walk along the canal before read and coffee and then cooked dinner. Ran out of day before I realised washing still on line so ironing will have to wait.
Usual Saturday TV watching tonight.
