Farm

Picked up the grandson at eight and he insisted on coming on his trike. Checked the opening and bought tickets for a farm about thirty minutes drive away. So pleased we found it, absolutely brilliant. Lots of animals and owls, plus great play barn and a good cafe. He loved everything, but his favourite was the owls and play barn. He actually asked to go to nannies car, and when I asked if he wanted to go home he said yes. Job done.
His mum was delighted that he had only managed a quick nap in the car, might sleep through tonight.
Hot day but he insisted on wellies as we were on the farm.
