Sunshine in the garden.

A lovely sunny start to the day, very warm too.

It did start to get a bit hazy by the time I walked to church but sun was streaming through the church windows for most of the service and was still lighting up this Azalea in the back garden when I got home.
Here is the whole bush at the top of the back garden. Behind it on the old stone boundary wall is the Clematis Montana. We had to rebuild the support a couple of years ago as it was all pulling away from the wall, Chris thought the Clematis might not survive. We planted a couple of others but it’s this one that has come back strongly. Not quite all along the wall yet but it’s doing well.
It’s been a lovely weekend, both days, for a change!
