Notes: Another hot day and had the AC running for much of it - something I don't care for much but was nice to be comfortable without thinking about it. Did laundry and chores around the house, made more cinnamon fat bombs, tended to my microgreens and sprouts, read some, talked to Jo on Telegram for 2.5 hrs! Al called while I was on w/ Jo so talked to him a bit later.
