Sunday: Chilean Guava

We had all sorts of weather today, was very chilly this morning and heavy rain late afternoon and quite warm this evening …
Pruned a few of the long branches on the Mahonia (see yesterday’s blip) - still lots of ripe fruit which didn’t go to waste, I threw them onto the ground under the tree. I also took some cuttings, just to see if they’ll take …!
Cleaned the “posh birdbath” there was a lot of soil in it after I’d been soaking pot plants.
Had a rest this afternoon, just reading then made dinner for us of fresh potato wedges and a mixture of things from the freezer.
