At the swimming pool

Going swimming at the local pool is a childhood memory as well as a happy memory of life with young children. I'm in my "third lap" in that case - and as I had a public holiday today, I was able to take H to her Monday swimming class.

It has got me swimming again. I can squeeze in three visits to the pool myself per week (as long as I can be in the pool by 6.30am then I can get the 7.30am train to work). So children keep you young and fit!
