Happy Mother's Day 2023

If breakfast and lunch is brunch, what is lunch and supper called? Lupper?

We had a 2 p.m. Mother's Day Lupper at my son Jeff and Heather's house. Probably 20 of us. I was in charge of grilling chicken, and it turned out good. It was 60ish and chilly, but we didn't see any rain.

I always miss my mother on days like this (she has been gone since 2008), but at least I get to witness daily the mothering greatness of my wife Lisa. All 3 of our kids were there today. Julie, Karen, and Jeff.

This is Lisa with our daughter Karen, who showed up for church this morning.

Happy Mother's Day to all. Our two grandsons (Merrick 12 and Beckett 18 months) who we saw today want me to say that they love their mothers Karen and Heather.
