A Monday Night Fire

I've had wood in our fire pit for over 4 months now, and tonight was the time to light it. After roasting hot dogs and hamburger stew wrapped in foil, we ended the night with s'mores. Delicious.

Surrounding the fire pit, I did cut my lawn and my neighbor's lawn, and finished a painting that I started on Saturday. A full day on a marvelous (weather-wise) Monday.

Believe what you may about food over the flames...but we did have a fire.
