Wadjemup Lighthouse - Rotto

Today we hopped on the Rottnest Express and half an hour later were in Thompson Bay at Rottness Island or Rotto as the locals call it.  We did the hop on hop off bus which circuits the island and takes about an hour to do it.  Naturally if you are hopping on and off it will take you longer.

What a great place, full of beautiful beaches, blue waters and today, tourists.

The main is the Wadjemup lighthouse (stop 8).  The first extra is an Osprey doing it's ablutions at West End.  Projectile isn't it.  The second extra is a quokka, what the Island is famous for and some quokka paparazzis.  The last is the view of the Indian ocean from West end.

Just about to head out to dinner so I will see you later.   We are off down South for another blipmeet tomorrow.   Looking forward to seeing Ninniex (and the Driver).
