Mental Health Awareness Week.
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week 2023 so I thought I'd share little nuggets I tap into throughout the course of the week.
I don't think it'll come as a surprise that, for me, fresh air is a sort of therapy. Nature is such a great place to heal and recharge. I'm lucky to have such beautiful, wide open space on my door step to enjoy every evening on my stroll.
Our mental health matters every week but with so much going on in the world it can be hard to focus on being kind to our minds. As Charlie Mackesy so rightly said, the bravest thing you'll ever say is so often that tiny little word...help.
