Sunlight, fresh leaves & bluebells.

The sun came out while we walked round Airthrey Loch at the university this evening. The bluebells under the trees are at their best too.
We spent the afternoon wrangling a dead clematis out of its pot. Sounds easy? Not when the clematis is (was) several years old and the rather rotten root system went right through the base of the pot into the soil below.
A new clematis has now been planted but will take a few years to grow to cover the fence.
