2023 Sunday — Mother’s Day with Chef Frank

Day 15 of Anniversary Month

This has been a wonderful Mother's Day for me, daughter Deidre, and Mr. Fun celebrating with a mid-afternoon meal prepared by our forever friend and chef Frank at the Chuck Wagon restaurant.

A day that the four of us will reminisce about throughout eternity. We enjoyed a gourmet meal that was absolutely delicious and gourmet fellowship that could have lasted for many more hours.

We have all known each other for 45+ years. Frank has recently been operating his own restaurant in the state of Washington near the Canadian border in Metaline Falls. And has been at a restaurant here in our SoCal home town for the past month, but he soon will be chef at a restaurant at the resort town of Parker, Arizona, on the Colorado River.

This has been a lovely Mother’s Day.
