On The Road

A quick coffee with Richard before his visitors arrived and then home to pack. Mrs S arrived in from ferrying friend Lucy to Treliske and then Sam and I set off.

Not in any particular hurry we made our way up to Woking in Surrey and our hotel. Settled in we met up with niece Penny and husband James for a beer. Josh and Tiana were delayed, Tiana’s flight from Inverness was as always delayed so it was just four for dinner.

Mussels in white wine with garlic to start, lasagne as main with a couple of pints of ‘Old Speckled Hen’ at London prices - breathtaking.
We caught up with Joshua & Tiana over another couple of beers.
Back to the hotel for an early night, big day tomorrow.
