Life after Burradoo, NSW

Borenore railway station

Borenore is a tiny village in the Central west of NSW in between Orange and Eugowra. The Railway Station was built in 1885 but is now closed. When it operated it was on the Broken Hill railway line. The buildings have survived, almost intact, but is this sad to see that the station is not being maintained. Nevertheless, it is still charming.

The extra shows a closer look at the signage on the station.
