i seem to have no go at the moment, the after effect of the last month i think….so i go a bit with the flow….at 8.30 the surgery phoned to make a blood test appointment for tomorrow as in yesterday’s my sodium was low again…

did a huge load of washing…..which is mostly put away apart from my duvet cover, that i want to ito,

for today’s blip i took a leaf from mambo’s book and snapped what was before me…..a pillow on the sofa where i’m reading…the actual colours are much brighter but i faffed it a bit ….:)
