an early bloodtest gave me an opportunity to walk on a bit to blip a piece of the restored Cambrian railway you see here …then on for some bits at Sainsbury’s and. off home…where i went straight to the sofa because i was absolutely exhausted…..after a few hours i regained more energy and went to town where i bought a wonderfully multi coloured summerscarf……and a white A line Masai blouse…..
