River of Flowers

Thursday: Llangefni

Very early start this morning, I’d woken up at 4am and couldn’t get back to sleep, luckily I’m reading a very exciting book which helped pass the time!
Negotiated the strange temporary traffic lights at the top of the road then went to our local garage for diesel, think it was £1.37 litre which is a lot cheaper than last time.
Parked my car in Asda, walked around Iceland as I was a bit early for my appointment for a haircut. Sun shining on the town clock made an attractive photo (colours have been enhanced).
Always fun and relaxing having my hair cut by my friend Merville - last time I was there was when MrD had tested positive for Covid which I went down with a few days later :-(
We sat in the garden for a short while looking at the flowers and enjoying the peace and quiet :-)
MrD had a dentist appointment this morning, then went for a motorbike ride this afternoon. I moved pots around in the garden and just enjoyed the company of the birds and the insects. This evening 2 goldfinch were feasting on forget me not and lambs lettuce seeds opposite our window.
ADDED LATER: two bats flying around the sycamore tree around 21:45 - plenty of insects around now.
Nos da pawb / goodnight all xx
