Cool Impressionism

It was a nice morning outside, but with only a few puffy white clouds scattered in the bright blue sky, I knew it would get hotter as the day went on. I was looking for something that spoke of coolness, so I went to the creek  that is still running well after recent rains and set my camera for a slow shutter speed.  This is what I got, so this my entry for "Painterly Abstract.  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting......
