Thursday: University Of West Indies Campus

I was up in Belize City today, giving a speech at an event this morning and then at a few meetings this afternoon.  This is the wonderfully colourful University of West Indies campus.

My new Taiwanese colleague invited me to lunch today at a very nice Taiwanese restaurant (in her opinion, the best in Belize City - I don’t think there are that many so it’s relative).  

There was enough left over to take a doggy bag so when she offered it to me I leapt on the chance with positively unseemly haste.  No diplomatic niceties here. K was delighted when I turned up with dinner.  It’s ages since we’ve had a good Chinese (or should I say Taiwanese…….).
