Garlic snails

We have been swamped with uncontrollable Three-corned leek, a type of wild garlic (Allium triquetrum).

Today, while struggling to remove the flowers before they turn to seed, I found this small snail munching away.

I was immediately struck by two bright ideas:

1. I could train a squadron of snails to do my job
2. I would then have a crop of ready garlicked snails for consumption

Vegans and vegetarians, it is only a joke. No snails were harmed in the making of this Blip.
