Took a walk to the chemist for more meds this morning. 
Then a walk this afternoon through the park into Stockbridge. 

My head is saying, doing nothing, lie on the sofa. My body is saying, no way it's too sore. It's a hard battle to fight and it's making me really struggle to want to keep going. I have lots of scenarios in my head.
