Front lawn

Just took a few photos in the garden today. The main photo is of our front garden. The lawn looks patchy because I did it with the electric lawn rake recently (after mowing). Removed lots of dead moss and dead grass. I am going to do it regularly till it has improved or I'm left with just a patch of soil!
I noticed a number have weeds have popped up since it rained and I'll tackle most of those tomorrow. 
Usual Friday of pegging out washing, shopping, a little cleaning and just a bit of pottering about in the garden.
Extra photo of our large lilac which I can't keep away from since it's looking and smelling wonderful.
