Lilac Time

Time for the lilac to flower in the front garden. I noticed today for the first time that it has been joined by the traditional lilac coloured blooms. Must investigate where these belong as the white tree is mine but the lilac may be my neighbour's.

Follow-up to the hole in the border, last night the fox trotted up to where the hole had been but realised that the access was now blocked and, after poking around a bit, wandered away, no doubt very confused. Later it (or another) returned and discovered the hole was still blocked so gave up that as a source of supper.
