Dandelion Clock

It seems that this is a good year for dandelions - they are absolutely everywhere, fields and fields of them, all over the country. These are looking towards Prestongrange Museum.

We took a walk round Levenshall Boating Pond as Mr Flum thought that sometimes radio-controlled boats played there but there were only kayaks, paddleboards and swans.

So we continued to the lagoons and, from the hides, watched wildlife - geese, shelduck, mallard and curlew - listened to the meadow pipit, linnet and larks singing (which I much preferred to radio-controlled boats) before wending our way home.

And, joy of joys, we have now tested negative for Covid and can resume normal life.
