Chickadee

'Our' Carolina Chickadees have been having a very productive nesting season so far. We haven't had much rain :(  and only a couple of storms so their chick raising endeavors are in full swing. They seem to travel around in multiple family groups. I've seen at least ten or more youngsters being fed by several adults. They can be a noisy flock but I love their high pitched vocalizations. Although they seem to appreciate the seed varieties in our tray feeders they are particularly fond of the BarkButter feeders.   Wishing All of Us a Peaceful Week!
